After becoming a mother, I always try to provide Horris with the healthiest and most delicious food. Thanks to Vanlily’s introduction, I tried a simple and delicious recipe: sweet potato bread. This recipe does not contain preservatives and additives, and even sugar and salt are not added. It not only brings diverse tastes and nutrition to the baby’s road to strengthening, but also parents can rest assured. If you are like me, taking care of the baby and don’t have time to make too complicated recipes, and there is limited space at home for a bread machine, you should try this recipe. This recipe does not require many tools, ingredients, and time, and it can be done by dual-income families!

Ingredients:
- Mashed sweet potato: 30g
- Bread flour (high-gluten flour): 70g
- Yeast: 1g
- Milk powder: 25g
- Avocado oil: 10g
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients:
First, peel and cut the sweet potato into small pieces. Steam them until soft. Then mash the cooked sweet potato until smooth. - Mix flour and yeast:
In a large bowl, mix the bread flour and yeast evenly. This step ensures the bread will have a fluffy texture. - Add sweet potato mash and milk powder:
Add the mashed sweet potato and milk powder to the flour and yeast mixture. Gently stir with your hands or a wooden spoon until everything is well combined. - Knead the dough:
Transfer the dough to a clean work surface and knead until smooth and elastic. If the dough is too dry, add a small amount of water to adjust the texture. - Add avocado oil:
Add the avocado oil to the dough and knead again until the oil is evenly incorporated. - Fermentation:
Place the dough back into the bowl and cover with a damp towel. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size. - Baking:
After fermentation, remove the dough and place it on a baking tray. Shape it as desired and make a few slits on the surface with a knife.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 15–20 minutes, until the bread turns golden brown.

Since becoming a mother, I’ve always strived to provide Horris with the healthiest and most delicious food. Thanks to Vanlily’s recommendation, I tried this recipe.
