【讓小朋友乖乖】乖寶寶食飯的方法

以下小編找到些方法,希望幫助到家長改善小朋友的用餐習慣,重新喜歡食飯

1 有固定用餐地點及專用餐桌椅和餐具的習慣

2.孕婦運動可以促進消化同吸收,令腸胃蠕動,有助營養吸收。令到胎兒得到更好嘅養分。

3 好好把握用餐黃金期的10分鐘,在小朋友用盡耐性前鼓勵多吃一些,如果小朋友要用手食或者吃得亂七八糟,也不要斥責

4 只要肉類,蔬果類和澱粉類等都有均衡食到,就不要強迫小朋友食他們討厭的食物

5 可以花些心思製作造型美觀的便當,甚至同小朋友一同製作

6 可以鼓勵小朋友用餐時也餵餵父母,增加其”成就感”

7 不要一下子給小朋友一大碗食物,當他們感覺一輩子也吃不完的時候,就提不起勁去食

8 每次給適當份量,每次當小朋友能獨自完成後給予大量讚美

9 用餐前2小時不給零食,以免食零食已經夠飽
